A distinctive feature of the on-demand courses and training programmes realised by ABIFormazione is the micro-design of the evaluation tests , characterised by objectivity, validity and reliability, which make it possible to verify the achievement of the expected results . The structuring of the assessment tests, based on the ‘mapping’ of content through the construction of learning objective trees, is the basis for the construction of the items that make up the tests. The close relationship between objective, content and item is evident in the reporting on training outcomes, which is made available (both to the individual trainee and to the company training contact persons), at the end of the tests accompanying courses and training programmes. The evaluation tests that can be delivered can be of different types, depending on the intended purpose: • assessment • self-assessment questionnaires • structured tests • open questions, • cases to be solved • “analogue” tests and the outputs, similarly, are differentiated: from the ‘simple’ certificate of results (e.g. passed/ failed test), to reports indicating remedial training paths and/or with indications and suggestions for continuous training programmes , up to the issuance of Open Badges , for customers using the ABILearning platform. Passing the evaluation tests that accompany our on-demand courses and training programmes also enables the generation of reports and certificates that comply with the requirements of: • Bank Insurance Fund (FBA) • IVASS Regulation No. 40/2018 • ESMA Guidelines 2015/1886 and Consob Intermediaries Regulation • State-Regions Agreement of 21/12/2011.
